It started with a simple idea: I could do my job better if I had clearer answers to the questions I was asking myself—and the questions my team was asking me and each other every day.

The answers were somewhere in the data. But they weren’t connected or accessible. They weren’t clear—and without that clarity, I didn’t have the confidence I needed in the decisions I was making.

That’s where MenuLogic began.

Not as a tech startup—but as a response to a real operational gap. I could see firsthand the difference between the tools that existed and the work that actually needed to be done. So we began building the system that should have existed all along—one designed to bring clarity to complexity and confidence to decision-making.

We’ve always known the real challenge in school nutrition isn’t a lack of effort or expertise. It’s managing complexity across disconnected systems, spreadsheets, evolving regulations, and constant change—while still being expected to make confident, timely decisions. The solution was never more effort.
